As Reiki-attuned practitioners, whenever we channel Reiki we are directly and consciously ‘plugged in’ to the abundant source of Universal Life Force Energy that exists all around us. So, as a Reiki Practitioner whenever you facilitate Reiki healing for another, YOU also receive a delicious dose of healing energy too!

I always recommend using Reiki for the purpose of self-healing. As well as facilitating Reiki sessions for clients, I love to do a self-healing Reiki practice several times a week.

On days when I practice Reiki, I feel….

– Calmer, more emotionally balanced, clearer in mind with an enhanced positive mood and ‘lighter’ energy that lasts throughout the day.

– An increased connection to my higher guidance system, with more intuitive downloads and creative ideas.

– That things flow more easily, synchronicities occur in my day and I feel in a Divine harmonic flow with the abundant blessings of the Universe!

Reiki Calms Us:

Reiki activates the parasympathetic nervous system response (often called the ‘rest and repair’ response), which brings calm and coherence to body and mind. It also restores vital force energy to every body it ‘flows’ though, so whenever you are channelling Reiki it will bring balance, calm and positive healing healing to you, as well as to the recipient.

Reiki also helps to deepen your connection to your intuition or ‘sixth sense.’ By clearing the mind it improves your ability to access meditative states and enhances your ability to ‘pick up on vibes.’ This strengthened connection to your intuition, clarity and inner wisdom is an incredible ally to guide your on your path through life.

Reiki is such a wonderful gift to everyone!
