In First Degree Usui Reiki you will learn how to perform a full self-healing session, how to facilitate a full Reiki healing session for another, an introduction to the energetics of the chakra system and how to work with the 7 major chakras in the context of a Reiki healing session.

We will also explore personal energy management and clearing techniques and what you can expect to happen when facilitating a Reiki session for another. You will be able to practice on friends, family and willing pets straight away following your Level 1 training!

Reiki Training for Couples

Reiki Training and Attunement for couples can be such a beautiful bonding experience and helps to foster a deeper spiritual connection between the two of you. Being able to share Reiki with your partner is a lovely way to connect physically, mentally and emotionally. Plus, it’s always helpful to have someone close at hand who can provide soothing Reiki healing energy in the case of headache, emotional distress or to aid recovery from physical illness or injury.

Reiki Training for Children

Most children are energetically sensitive and quite self-aware. A Reiki attunement can be a very empowering experience to help your child to consciously access their innate ability soothe and calm themselves and learn the tools to take care of their own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Level 1 Usui Reiki Training can be done for children who are over 7 years of age and Level 2 can be done for children over 12 years of age.

With Level 1 Reiki Training, your child will receive their attunement to Reiki and they will learn the traditional story of how Reiki was discovered by Mikao Usui. They will learn the basic, practical techniques to self-treat with Reiki and how they can use Reiki on their plants and their pets in various ways. They will also learn how to offer simple Reiki to a friend or family member.

You are welcome to be present for your child’s attunement and training, if you wish. If you feel called to learn Reiki yourself I also offer a Parent & Child Reiki Training package!
